I spent two years after college working as an Activities Technician on the Alzheimer's/Dementia unit of a nursing home in Western Pennsylvania. I am now a student at the University of Nebraska College of Law working on my J.D. and a Masters in Gerontology. Most of these posts are stories and witticisms from the wonderful elders I've gotten to spend so much time visiting, and a few of them are rambles about how I'm determined to make the world a better place.
